Our vineyard’s entry level wine. Our aim was to create an easy-drinking, light wine which, however, still displayed the typical Mád characteristics. It is made from the three main Hegyalja grape varieties, which was an opportunity not to be missed, hence the name.
Grape varieties: Furmint, Hárslevelű, Yellow Muscat (in equal proportions)
Production area: Betsek, Padihegy, Danczka (medium-high cordon, average age of vines 30-40 years)
Harvest time: 3rd-4th week of September, hand-harvested into small plastic containers
Winemaking: Gentle juice extraction in pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation in floating lidded plastic container with wild yeasts. After racking, aging for three years in stainless steel containers. Fining with betonite before bottling.
