Late harvest, just like you imagine it ☺. Fresh, youthful, not too heavy. A pair of coloured glasses, through which the world itself seems more colourful. ☺ The raw materials were selected from significantly shrivelled, partially botrytised bunches. Residual sugar ~100 g/l.
Grape varieties: Furmint 70%, Yellow Muscat 30%
Production area: Betsek, Szilvás, Danczka (medium-high cordon, average age of vines 35 years)
Harvest time: 2nd week of November, hand-harvested into small plastic containers
Wine-making: After destemming, one day skin maceration. Gentle pressing in pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After stabilisation and refrigeration, three months aging in tank. Fining with betonite before bottling.
