The 2013 Supreme yielded a more concentrated, full-bodied wine.
Grape varieties: Furmint 60% , Hárslevelű 40%
Production area: Betsek, Padihegy (medium-high cordon, average age of vines 35-45 years)
Harvest time: 1st-2nd week of October, hand-harvested into small plastic containers
Wine-making: Gentle juice extraction in wooden basket press. Alcoholic fermentation in floating lidded plastic container with wild yeasts. After racking, aging in used oak barrels for eight months. Fining with betonite before bottling.
